FITECMA 2019 Organizing Committee put in operation an Attention and Service Platform for fair visitors. Enquiries may be realized by email to:

You will be able to ask information about transportation means to the fair, hospitality, activity schedule, registration to the fair and seminars.

FITECMA is a fair closed to the general public and with a target directly addressed to the industrial or professional user. An invitation is required to access or else to prove belonging to the industry.

Those not having an invitation should present their business card at the registration desk, where they will be handed over an invitation to be immediately filled.

Minors under 14 shall not be allowed to come into the fair, including babies in prams or in adults’ arms.

COMPUTERIZED REGISTRATION

COMPUTERIZED REGISTRATION

In order to make easier the access to the fair and in order that visitors may have more time for the visit, the fair counts on a computerized registration system. There they will be handed over a credential card enabling them to visit the show all days together with a free copy of the fair catalog.

In order to avoid delays it is convenient to pre-register or else to present the invitation correctly completed.

FITECMA 2019 Official catalog is handed over free. The Catalog contains the show General Plan, each exhibitor’s exact location, cross-information about products on show and who trades them and companies that are represented at the different stands.

CLOTHES AND LUGGAGE

The operation of a wardrobe is foreseen. A volume keeper will be also enabled to leave bags, hand luggage and trunks. These services will be free.

PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

It is foreseen to have wheelchairs for those people requiring them during their visit to the fair. It is convenient to report in advance about this requirement.

There will be Attention and Service Platform positions with bilingual assistants disposed at strategic points within the fair.

COMMUNICATIONS

Within the fair a communication central unit will operate with phone booth center (for local, domestic and international calls), fax, sub post office and photocopier.

 

Parking

Centro Costa Salguero has several parking lots. The service is paid.

HOW TO ARRIVE

There will be a free transfer service for visitors from Plaza Italia until Centro Costa Salguero. At Plaza Italia a great number of bus lines converge. These are: 10, 12, 15, 29, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 55, 59, 60, 64, 67, 68, 93, 95, 108, 111, 128, 141, 152, 160, 161 and 168. # 37, 45 and 160 bus lines stop near Centro Costa Salguero.

There is also the Plaza Italia station of “D” subway (subte) line, and the Palermo (San Martín line) and 3 de Febrero (Mitre line) railway stations are close. For those using a taxi, take as a reference the following approximate values for the fare of a trip: From Retiro railway station: AR$90 / From the Obelisk: AR$120 / From Ezeiza airport: AR$650 (USD 35) / From Aeroparque (domestic airport): AR$50.
