In the same way, the opinion survey carried out among exhibitors and visitors - as required by IRAM-ISO 9001-2008 Certification, on which FITECMA counts since April 2009 – showed that 98 per cent of participating companies considered as “good” and “very good” the inflow of public, 99 per cent weighed their degree of specialization, and in 94 per cent of cases the volume of business achieved was qualified with a positive valuation.
The survey conducted among visitors turned out equally positive. With regard to aspects related to exhibitors’ offer, more than 98 per cent declared to have found the products they were interested in; 97 per cent considered the offer was enough both in quantity and in presentation; 93 per cent found innovative products in technology and materials, and 98 per cent expressed that exhibitors provided them with the information they were looking for.
INFLOW OF PUBLIC
In the same way, with percentages ranging from 97 to 100 per cent favorable opinions were collected in subjects related to the fair, which was considered: easy to go round, with attractive stands; well presented; with convenient and simple registration; official catalogue with good contents, and very effective and useful fair map.
The fair showed again a meticulous setting, where the design level of many stands was prominent. 142 exhibitors showed up, representing more than 400 domestic and international trademarks, the latter proceeding from 20 countries. This amount reflects the international recognition gained by FITECMA as a regional reference in Latin America, fully justifying its inclusion in EUMABOIS – European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers – official schedule of international fairs.
The exhibition area took up Costa Salguero fairground four halls, gathering 13,436 visitors who had chance to get in touch with the most varied range of products and technological solutions to optimize the different stages of the wood-furniture value chain.
